Soulshapes are currently acquired through several different methods. More methods may open up as the missing Soulshapes are discovered! Bunny Soul is a possible reward from daily pet battle World Quests. These may occur in any Covenant zone. The Bunny Soul will show up as the quest reward, so you will know in advance whether the pet quest has it available.Owlcat Soul looted from Sylvanas Windrunner, end boss of Sanctum of Domination in Heroic (probably Mythic as well). Soulshapes and Crittershapes are NOT account-wide. You will need to farm separate Soulshapes or Crittershapes for each Night Fae character you have. You can start farming either as soon as you join the Night Fae covenant. Lady Muunn allows you to choose from whatever Soulshapes you have learned. This is also the NPC you visit to turn in the quests triggered by finding a new Soul, so you can change into your new shape as soon as you turn in the quest!
